We delayed doing the floor as we came up with an idea to improve the floor to wall space. We have a Builder coming tomorrow to discuss further.
Whilst waiting for the builder adding the fixture and fittings have Commenced. As a food establishment we need certain areas that arent accessable whilst making cheese. We decided to use a stair gate to seperate the area. The PPE holders will go on the wall next. to it.
We need a little fridge/Freezer to keep Starter culture and rennet seperate from the cheese. Rob built a cupboard under the unit. Still deciding what to use this space above for and how we will adapt it but the fridge is out the way underneath. A bit of water spilt on the floor from fridge but the floors still to be cleaned further and acid etched so not a problem.
