Update

Sorry it's been a while.

Shop has been busy this year since we opened selling our own lamb and pork, cheese and milk, preserves, tea coffee and milk shakes.

sheep we have just started lambing a week or two ago. So our lambs are out in field with mum in day and barn at night. 

we are in drought conditions this year as you are aware so that has been an issue. 

The other issue is blue tongue this year rife in this area. We have vaccinated so fingers crossed. we think we have lost two due to this horrid virus. 

today we started tupping so that we have limbs just after Xmas to keep the milk going. We crossed our sheep with Dorset's to ensure lambing out of season. This is Jean Claude our ram with 5e ladies  it didn't take him long to get to work or play.
