Today with no equiptment in the Cheese Room we power washed the cheese room, Bulk tank Room and Refriderator room. It felt like a good cleansing session. This is in preparetion for food safety paint for floor. Before that we have to paint acid etching on the floor as a second line of defence. We leave that to dry and then the paint can be applied.
