Its that time that we needed to wean lambs. The lambs are now seperated from mums and doing well. They dont seem that bothered but mums do.
This meanis we are milking twice a day so more milk and more cheese. All good so far and all going to plan.
We have our soft cheese ready now so all good for cheese sales next week.
