On a cold depressing morning how about checking out our Cheese flavours page if you havent alrealy these are the cheese we are planning to make and a description. 

Safety element.  The parlour before we make cheese we need environmental Health sign off. Equipted with the qualifications to write a food Haccp plan, A must for environmental health and our business to keep all our customers safe. Its time to start writing this in the background whilst other preparations are ongoing. We wont mention this too much as its not as exciting as pictures of sheep. It is important knowing where your food comes from thats its work going on in the background as we take food safety very seriously.
