Food safety wood
Richard Colwill has come up trumphs with our ASH wood we ordered. It is beautiful. Nothing like real wood. Pictures dont do it justice.
The idea is ash is a food safety wood. Meaning that our cheese will have a lovely food safe place to mature in our cheese cave
We have also put up PPE holders. Picture was the start we have space for gloves, caps and over shoes.
Our floor advisor comes tomorrow so all going well. Haccp plan has been submitted so all systems go. Our artist Amy is waiting for a break in this awful weather.
