That 6 months of preparing now seems to have flown by. We have been milking 3 weeks. and Cheese making for three weeks. So all maturing going on. What a three weeks its been!
I feel like we are organised but still loads to do.
5 varieties of cheese maturing in the cheese cave ready in 2 weeks.
Sorted out preserves so are available in the honesty box and in the dairy
Started to sort signage today and as the weather for the first time in months was nice I cleaned the honesty box and put new signs up ready for our new dairy.

We are now milking 18 sheep and have another 3 still awiting lambing.
